Gwen & Delores got together and decided to celebrate this amazing chapter by hosting “Our Milestone Celebration” Cruise.
The venue, Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas, was selected because it will give us an opportunity to relax, reconnect, unwind, and celebrate with good food, music, and entertainment for seven days. On this ship, there are over 14 delicious dining options and 13 bars and lounges to enjoy your favorite perfectly crafted cocktail. Let’s not forget about the full-service spa and the Broadway-caliber entertainment. Also, if you are a fitness enthusiast and an earlier riser, join us for a “sunrise walk”. This is such a spectacular view.
In addition to the events we have planned, you will have ample time to enjoy everything this Oasis-class ship has to offer, which is a destination in and of itself. See the trip details below for the cruising port of call.

Travel Documents for U.S. Citizens
Sailing from the U.S. requires a valid driver’s license or a valid Government-issued photo ID, and certified birth certificate, or a valid U.S. passport. We strongly suggest that you travel on a passport valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Click here for information to obtain your U.S. Passport.
United States Permanent Residents must have a United States Permanent Resident Card. Additionally, a passport from your home country is strongly recommended. Click here for additional information.
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and is the responsibility of the guest. Please verify that you have the proper travel documentation BEFORE making your reservation. Reservations should be made in your full name as it appears on your travel documents.
No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
COVID-19
Effective November 2, 2022, all travelers — regardless of vaccination status are welcome to sail, in addition, guests will no longer be required to have a pre-departure COVID test.
We recommend that all clients be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. While vaccination is not required, we kindly ask guests to disclose their status during check-in.
Should there be any changes to Royal Caribbean COVID policies, we are committed to keeping you abreast.
Travel Insurance/Travel Protection
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. In case you have to cancel, a full refund may not be available without travel insurance. We recommend that you research and choose a policy carefully that meets your specific needs.
Consider selecting a plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and more, based on your specific needs.
Many travel insurance plans offer medical coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred while traveling. This is particularly important for international destinations, as standard health insurance plans sometimes won’t cover medical bills from another country. Also, be aware of the plan’s covered and non-covered reasons for cancellation.
Listed below are three travel protection/insurance providers for your consideration. Note, if you are flying, consider including the cost of your flight along with the cruise package when purchasing your travel insurance. The Royal Caribbean travel protection will only cover the cost of the cruise fare.

Parking at the Port
For those driving, parking is available at the Port of Miami at a rate of $25.00 per day for regular-sized vehicles (the rate is subject to change). There are both multi-level parking garages and open-air parking lots available. Oversized vehicles will incur an additional fee and are only able to park in Lot #2, which is adjacent to Terminal E.
There are independently-owned lots with lower daily rates located a few miles away. However, the official parking at PortMiami is the most convenient parking option as it is located adjacent to the terminal. No taxis or rideshares are needed when parking in the official lots, and there are free shuttles available to quickly take you from the parking area to the cruise terminal.

Your stateroom is your home base away from home. When the busy day is done, you have danced the night away, and you are ready to settle in for the evening, you’ll head back to your luxurious stateroom. Your options of staterooms are Interior, Boardwalk interior balcony, Central Park interior balcony, Ocean view, and Ocean view balcony. All staterooms have a dedicated room steward on duty available to provide complimentary room service. In addition, each room has a private bathroom, soft cozy linens, plenty of closet and drawer space, a television, and an in-room safe for valuables.

Pre-Cruise stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Miami Airport
If you will be flying into Miami (MIA), it is recommended that you arrive the day before embarkation (Saturday, September 30, 2023). This will eliminate any concerns regarding delayed or canceled flights and not getting to the port on time.
We have negotiated a group rate for a one-night stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Miami Airport. Transfers to the hotel from the airport, transfer to the port from the hotel, and transfer from the port to the airport will be provided. The earliest recommended departure flight on Sunday, October 8, 2023, is 12:30 pm. Additional information regarding restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing activities in the area will be provided to enhance your Miami pre-cruise experience.

Deposits are non-refundable. When making your reservation you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payments are due. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current and are due on the last day of each month.
You will have the opportunity to opt-in to our automatic billing program. It’s convenient and free. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to process your payment. You will receive an email reminder before payments are processed.
The final payment is due on June 30, 2023.
Monthly payments that are more than seven days past due will be assessed a non-refundable late fee of $15.00.
