We are excited that you will be sailing on the second workout experience with Fitness Instructor Coach Paul Eugene. As you may already know, Coach Paul Eugene is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and inspirational speaker.
Since 1989, he has been inspiring and motivating people worldwide to exercise their body, soul, and spirit. He will be bringing his incredible expertise to us onboard one of Royal Caribbean's luxurious cruise ships, Symphony of the Seas. Paul Eugene will conduct low-impact workouts, along with stretch and meditation sessions specifically designed for you!
This seven-day cruise is jam-packed with thrilling onboard activities and amenities. There are 20 different dining establishments and numerous bars and lounges where you can enjoy your favorite expertly crafted cocktails. The ship features the "Rising Tide Bar," which takes "flight" as you ascend from deck 5 to deck 8.
But that's not all - the full-service spa and Broadway-caliber entertainment are also not to be missed. In addition to your time with Coach Paul Eugene, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy everything this Oasis-class ship has to offer - it's a destination in and of itself. Travel Documents for U.S. Citizens
We strongly suggest that you travel on a passport valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Click here for information to obtain your U.S. Passport.
Another option is using a valid driver’s license or a valid Government-issued photo ID, and certified birth certificate.
United States Permanent Residents must have a United States Permanent Resident Card. Additionally, a passport from your home country is strongly recommended. Click here for additional information.
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and is the responsibility of the guest. Please verify that you have the proper travel documentation BEFORE making your reservation. Reservations should be made in your full name as it appears on your travel documents.
No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
Travel Insurance/Travel Protection
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. In case you have to cancel, a full refund may not be available without travel insurance. We recommend that you research and choose a policy carefully that meets your specific needs.
Consider selecting a plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and more, based on your specific needs.
Many travel insurance plans offer medical coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred while traveling. This is particularly important for international destinations, as standard health insurance plans sometimes won’t cover medical bills from another country. Note, if you are flying, consider including the cost of your flight along with the cruise package when purchasing your travel insurance. The Royal Caribbean travel protection will only cover the cost of the cruise fare.

Your stateroom is your home base away from home. When the busy day is done, you have danced the night away, and you are ready to settle in for the evening, you’ll head back to your luxurious stateroom.
You have different options for staterooms, including Interior, Boardwalk interior balcony, Central Park interior balcony, Ocean view, and Ocean view balcony. The Interior with virtual balcony, Promenade view interior, and Suite staterooms are available upon request.
All staterooms come with a dedicated room steward who is available to provide complimentary room service. Each room also has a private bathroom, soft and cozy linens, enough closet and drawer space, a television, and an in-room safe for your valuables.

Single occupancy = one person to a room
Double occupancy = two persons to a room
Triple occupancy = three persons to a room (available upon request)

Pre-Cruise stay
If you will be flying into Miami (MIA), it is recommended that you arrive the day before embarkation (Saturday, February 22, 2025). This will ensure that you avoid any concerns related to delayed or canceled flights and reach the port on time.
We're currently in the process of negotiating a group rate for a one-night stay at a Hilton property in Miami. We'll also arrange for transfers from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, a complimentary breakfast will be provided. Once we finalize the agreement, we'll update the website with all the details.
Two Packages
For your convenience, we are offering two packages. The Full Package includes the pre-cruise night stay in Miami, complimentary breakfast, transfers to the hotel, to the port, and from the port to the airport.
The other package is the Onboard Package. This package DOES NOT include the pre-cruise stay, breakfast, or transfers.

Deposits are non-refundable. When making your reservation you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payments are due. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current and should be made by the 15th of each month.
You will have the opportunity to opt-in to our automatic payment program which is free of charge. Payments are automatically processed and evenly divided so you won’t have to worry about forgetting to make your payment. You will also receive an email reminder before payments are processed.
The final payment is due on November 15, 2024.
