We are excited that you will be joining us on this 4-day Western Caribbean voyage. The cruise itinerary is listed below.

The port of call for this 4-day sailing is the island of Cozumel, Mexico. This island is known for scuba diving, beautiful beaches, and other amazing excursions.

Travel Notes
Travel Documents for U.S. Citizens
Traveling on Carnival Cruise Line sailing from the U.S. requires a valid driver’s license or a valid Government-issued photo ID, and certified birth certificate, or a valid U.S. passport. We strongly suggest that you travel on a passport valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Click here for information to obtain your U.S. Passport.
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and is the responsibility of the guest. Please verify that you have the proper travel documentation BEFORE making your reservation. Reservations should be made in your full name as it appears on your travel documents.
COVID-19
Effective November 2022, all travelers — regardless of vaccination status are welcome to sail, in addition, guests will no longer be required to have a pre-departure COVID test.
We recommend that all clients be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. While vaccination is not required, we kindly ask guests to disclose their status during check-in.
Travel Protection
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. In case you have to cancel, a full refund may not be available without travel insurance. We recommend that you research and choose a policy carefully that meets your specific needs.
Consider selecting a plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and more, based on your specific needs.
Carnival Cruise Lines offers a travel protection plan, called “Cruise with Confidence”. Click here to review the plan.
You will have an opportunity to add this plan later if you so desire. This plan is underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance. Please contact customer service at 888-227-6482 with specific questions. There are numerous travel insurance plans available and we can make recommendations if needed.

Carnival Cancellation Policy
Parking at Port of Orleans
It is highly recommended that you get dropped off and picked up at the terminal. If you must park, the port offers ample parking for cruisers at both the Erato and Julia Street cruise terminals.
Cruise parking at the port is a minimum of around $22 per day (price is subject to change).

On the Carnival Valor, your stateroom is your home base away from home. When the busy day is done, and you have danced the night away, and you are ready to settle in for the evening, you’ll head back to your luxurious stateroom. Your options for staterooms are interior, ocean view, or balcony. All staterooms have a dedicated room steward on duty, available to provide complimentary room service. In addition, each room has a private bathroom, soft cozy linens, plenty of closet and drawer space, a television, in-room safe for valuables, and bathrobes upon request.

The Ocean View Stateroom is a room with a view that allows you to sail along to the beautiful destination while gazing at the sea, and enjoying the breathtaking view.

Deposit Amounts and Due Dates
An initial deposit of $100.00 per couple “hold your spot” is due no later than April 15, 2023.
The second payment of $250.00 per couple “assign your name to the cabin of your choice” is due no later than July 15, 2023 (cabin selections are on a first-come basis).
The Balance is due no later than November 15, 2023.
Late registration is July 16 - September 15, 2023 will require a deposit of $350.00 per couple. Cabin assignments and locations are based on availability at the time of booking. The final payment is due no later than November 15, 2023. No Exceptions.
Payment Plan
Using one of our convenient easy payment plans will s-t-r-e-t-c-h your payments over time. All payments are made online using your personalized invoice.

Option #1- Pay the balance in full at booking.
Option #2-Monthly Payments. Your package price will be evenly divided. You will have the opportunity to opt into our automatic billing program. It’s convenient and free. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to process your payment. You will receive an email reminder before payments are processed.
Option #3-Pay as you GO. After the initial deposit, you can make payments as you desire. Keep in mind the non-negotiable due dates of 7-15-23 & 11-15-2023. You will receive monthly invoices for your convenience.
